Leaving the bike in the ROOVEE PARK zone, you won’t be charged any extra. By bringing our bike back from outside the zone into the ROOVEE PARK, you will receive a bonus for the next ride (for more details, please read the Terms & Conditions).

Standard Bike Pricing

Initial fee (to be used for rides, refundable) 20.00 PLN
Minimum account balance required to start a bike ride 20.00 PLN
Fee for the first 20 minutes of rental - riding / pauses 0.00 PLN
Fee from the 21st to the 60th minute of rental - riding / pauses 1.00 PLN*
Fee from the 61st to the 120th minute of rental - riding / pauses 2.00 PLN*
Fee from the 121st to the 180th minute of rental - riding / pauses 3.00 PLN*
Fee for each subsequent hour of rental - riding / pauses 4.00 PLN*
Penalty for exceeding the 12-hour rental period 200.00 PLN*
Additional fee for leaving the bike outside the designated bike zone within the FLISAK system's operating area 15.00 PLN
Bonus for returning a bike from outside the zone into the zone 10.00 PLN
Penalty for leaving the bike outside the FLISAK system's operating area 1000.00 PLN
Penalty for using the bike contrary to its intended purpose (in particular riding in a skatepark, competitive riding, or riding on a surface not intended for this, resulting in damage to the bike) 500.00 PLN
Penalty for carrying third parties in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions 300.00 PLN

What to do if there are no available spaces in the ROOVEE PARK ZONE? answer

Don’t worry. Just leave your bike supported on the kickstand next to other bicycles, end your bike rental and enjoy the freedom of using the ROOVEE system.
Do I have to leave the bike in the ROOVEE PARK ZONE? answer

No, you don’t need to do that. You can leave the bike in any other public place for an extra charge. Remember to read TheFLISAKSystem Terms and Conditions.
Can I rent a bike without using a mobile app? answer

Yes. You can rent a bike using a special telecode. Contact our Customer Service at 22 300 51 19
May I leave the bike in an enclosed area? answer

Bikes should be left in public places which are accessible to everyone. You may not leave them on private properties, business premises, in closed cemeteries or in garages. For further information, refer to the Terms and Conditions.
May I leave the bike in a forest or a park? answer

Bikes should be left in public places which are accessible to everyone. You may not leave them on private properties, business premises, in closed cemeteries or in garages. For further information, refer to the Terms and Conditions.
May I leave the bike propped against a tree, post or building, or lying on the ground? answer

Remember to leave the bike supported on the kickstand. You may be charged extra for improper parking.
What is the maximum load of the basket? answer

The maximum load of the basket is 5 kg.
How do I turn on the front and rear lights? answer

The lights are controlled electronically and turn on automatically after dark.
Are bicycles equipped in gears? answer

FLISAK bikes are equipped in 7 gears.
What is the automatic refund of funds from the ROOVEE wallet? answer

Unused funds in the ROOVEE app are automatically refunded after 180 days from the date of deposit, to the bank account from which the payment was made.
